Share and Learn online sessions

We're running a series of fun and relaxed online sessions where visiting speakers share tips and skills on a range of topics.

From yoga to singing, and first aid to photography, there's something for everyone. We add new sessions every week so keep an eye on this page for more!

Carers in Wales can also join our Me Time sessions.

We're currently experiencing a surge in demand for upcoming Share and Learn sessions.

If you haven't received a registration confirmation email after signing up for a session, please bear with us while we iron out some technical issues and look into repeating sessions or increasing group sizes, to ensure more carers can join us.

We're frequently adding more sessions, so please come back to this page later if the session you wish to join is fully booked.

Sorry for any inconvenience, and we look forward to hosting you soon.

Session recording

To help more carers enjoy the benefits of Share and Learn, certain sessions will be recorded. Only the speaker/facilitator’s section will be publicly shared. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are welcome to turn off your camera/audio during this part of the session.
